The meeting featured comprehensive performance monitoring through real-time dashboards, in-depth KPI reviews, and enhanced interdepartmental coordination to accelerate project delivery.

Discussions also focused on promoting innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to strengthen citizen-centric digital services across Pakistan.
