A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the National Information Technology Board (NITB) and the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) to strengthen digital collaboration and integrate DRAP services into the National Citizen Services Platform. This collaboration represents a significant step towards integrating citizen-centric regulatory and health-related services into the National Citizen Services Platform, enabling citizens to access essential services in a more transparent, efficient, and digitally enabled environment. The partnership with DRAP will further strengthen the national digital ecosystem for public service delivery while enhancing citizens’ access to services related to medicines, regulatory facilitation for citizens. Together, we continued working towards the vision of a Digital Pakistan by bringing key government services onto a unified digital platform.
